价格管理模式 价格管理体制规范化的形式。 世界各国价格管理模式主要有三种：①计划价格模式。绝大部分商品价格由国家制定和调整。这种模式为实行中央集中管理的计划经济国家所采用。它的好处是价格稳定，生产建设和人民生活受价格波动的影响较小，但由于价格长期基本不动，会使价格既脱离成本变化又不反映市场供求变化,同时企业没有价格自主权,不利于开展竞争，推动技术进步。②自由价格模式。全部或大部分商品价格在市场竞争中自发形成，国家干预较少或只从其他方面间接干预。这种模式在市场经济国家普遍采用。优点是市场供求变化会迅速地在价格上反映出来，有助于开展竞争,但由于其盲目性,会促成周期性的经济危机。③计划经济与市场调节相结合的价格模式。中国从1979年实行经济体制改革至1993年实施这种模式，目的是建立健全一种与社会主义有计划商品经济相适应的价格管理模式，使之既能发挥计划的作用，又能发挥市场竞争机制作用，以推动技术进步和经济发展。到90年代初，中国已经形成国家定价、国家指导价和市场调节价三种价格管理形式并存的格局。1993年3月29日,第八届全国人民代表大会通过的《中华人民共和国宪法修正案》，将"国家实行社会主义市场经济"写入宪法，中国的价格管理开始向自由价格模式过渡。
