期货期货futuresbusiness经过买卖双方议定的，以某一种方式或条件在将来的某一时间才交货的商品的总称。现货的对称。期货在交易时并没有真正移交货物的所有权，而是达成未来交易的期货合同，只有到未来某日到期时才按原达成的协议进行货物交割。期货交易的范围包括商品、外汇和有价证券等。期货交易的交易者必须先向期货交易所交付保证金，并办理开立交易户头的手续，建立帐户，才能获得交易资格。期货买卖双方为确保交易承诺，要签订期货合同。期货合同具有标准化的形式，规定了货物的名称、品种、规格、数量单位、交货日期、交货地点、货款支付方式等内容。期货合同不必依附在货物身上，可以自由买卖。期货交易具有更便于市场流通的一些特点，并可以使投资者减少或避免商品价格与货币汇率波动的风险。但也容易产生买空卖空的投机行为。
