多式联运 多式联运，是指从装运地到目的地的运输过程中包含两种以上的运输方式——海、陆、空、内河等。譬如从上海到南非的约翰内斯堡（JOHANNESBURG），经过了海运——从上海到德班（DURBAN），再经陆运——德班到约翰内斯堡。这已经算是多式联运了。但国际贸易意义上的多式联运，不光是要有这样的前提，而且要有“多式联运提单”——也就是“多式联运”合同。而我们平常所做的虽然是这样的事实，但拿到的一般只是海运提单，而非“多式联运提单”，这样，虽有多式联运之实，但不符“多式联运”之定义。
