国际结算国际结算internationalsettleaccounts各国进行贸易和非贸易往来而发生的债权债务关系，以货币收付或其他方式进行的清算。基本形式分汇款、托收和信用证结算3种。汇款结算方式付款方通过银行，使用各种结算工具，如支票、汇票、本票等，将款项汇给收款方。汇款人在委托汇出行办理业务时，要出示汇款申请书，汇出行按照申请书的指示，以电汇、信汇或汇票中的任一方式通知汇入行，汇入行则付款给收款人。常用的银行信汇方式是汇出行按汇款人委托，将委托书寄给汇入行，委托它将一定项款付给收款人。信汇委托书不加密押，只须有有效签名，即可解付。这是国际贸易和非贸易结算中常见的一种方式，优点是汇费低于电汇，缺点是时间较电汇慢。另一种常见方式是银行电汇，即汇出行根据汇款人委托，用加密押的电报或电传通知汇入行，将一定数额款项付给收款人。其优点是速度快，但收费高。托收结算方式出口商通过向进口商签发汇票，委托银行代收货款或劳务价款，托收银行通过它在买主国家的分行或代理行要求进口商按照委托书上的请示付款，代收行将收到的货款交托收行转入出口商帐户。托收结算又分为支票托收和跟单托收两种方式。前者是汇票及附带的一些非货运单据的托收，常用于收取货款尾数、样品费、佣金等。后者是汇票连同所附货运单据一起交银行委托代收。按照承兑条件的不同，它又可分为两种：一是以进口方在汇票上签字认可为交付单据条件的承兑交单；二是以进口方付款为交付单据条件的付款交单。信用证结算方式这里指的是商业信用证，它是银行根据进口商的请求，对出口商发出的承担首先付款人责任的凭证。信用证结算方式是在托收方式的基础上演变而来的一种比较完善的结算方式。它的主要作用是把托收方式中由进口商履行跟单汇票的付款责任转由银行履行，从而保证进出口双方能如期获得单据和货款，同时也使双方在资金融通上得到便利，从而有利于国际贸易的发展。因此信用证结算方式现已成为国际贸易中的主要结算形式。其主要种类有支票信用证和跟单信用证两种，前者不附货运单据，后者则附货运单据。另外依据有效期内可否撤销，又可分为不可撤销和可撤销信用证两者。不可撤销跟单信用证使用的较多。
