醋酸去氢肾上腺皮质素药物名称:醋酸去氢肾上腺皮质素英文名:Prednisone别名: 醋酸1-烯考的松;醋酸强的松;醋酸去氢副肾皮质素;醋酸去氢可的松;醋酸去氢皮质素;醋酸去氢肾上腺皮质素, 醋酸泼尼松外文名:Prednisone 适应症: 本品具有抗炎、抗过敏作用,临床上用于各种急性严重细菌感染,严重的过敏性疾病、胶原性疾病(红斑狼疮、结节性动脉周围炎等)、风湿病、肾病综合征、严重的支气管哮喘、血小板减少性紫癜、粒细胞减少症、急性淋巴细胞性白血病、各种肾上腺皮质功能不足症、剥脱性皮炎、天皰疮、神经性皮炎、湿疹等。 用量用法: 补充替代疗法:口服:1日5~15mg,早晨起床后服2/3,下午服1/3。抗炎:口服,1日5~60mg。剂量及疗程因病种及病情不同而异。根据皮质激素昼夜分泌的节律,有主张对长期用药病人在病情控制后,采用隔日1次给药法。 注意事项: 1.已长期应用本品的病人,在外科手术时及术后3~4日内常需酌增用量,以防皮质功能不足。一般外科病人应尽量不用,以免影响伤口的愈合。 2.本品及可的松均需经肝脏代谢活化为氢化泼尼松或氢化可的松才有效,故肝功能不良者不宜用。 3.本品因其盐皮质激素活性很弱,故不适用于原发性肾上腺皮质功能不全症。 4.大剂量或长期应用可引起肥胖、多毛、痤疮、血糖升高、钠和水潴留、水肿等。 5.高血压病、动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、糖尿病、溃疡病、精神病等禁用。 6.停药时,应逐渐减量,不宜骤停,以免复发或出现肾上腺皮质功能不足症状 .规格: 片剂:每片5mg,醋酸泼尼松眼膏0.5%。 类别:肾上腺皮质激素及促肾上腺皮质激素药
