布洛芬缓释片药物名称：布洛芬缓释片英文名：Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets汉语拼音：主要成分：本品主要成分为：布洛芬性状：本品为白色或类白色异形片。药理作用：本品为芳基丙酸类非甾体抗炎药，可能主要通过抑制前列腺素的合成而产生镇痛、抗炎、解热作用。药代动力学：本品为布洛芬的缓释剂型，能使药物在体内逐渐释放，单次服用600mg血药浓度达峰时间为3.47(0.71小时，峰浓度为22.73(5.26(g/ml，均较普通制剂长，血药浓度波动较小。 本品在肝内代谢，大部份经肾由尿排出，一部份随粪便排出。适应症：本品为非甾体抗炎药，有解热、镇痛及抗炎作用，适用于减轻或消除下列疾病的疼痛或炎症：扭伤，劳损、下腰疼痛、肩周炎、滑囊炎、肌腱及腱鞘炎；其他症状如痛经、牙痛和术后疼痛；类风湿关结炎、骨关节炎及其他非类风湿性关节疾病。用法与用量：成人及12岁以上儿童，通常剂量为每日服用二次（早晚各一次），每次1～2片，或遵医嘱。晚间服药可使疗效保持一夜。不良反应：本品耐受性良好，副作用较小，一般为肠胃部不适或皮疹，头痛、耳鸣。禁忌症：活动期消化道溃疡患者；对本药过敏者；因服用阿司匹林和其他非甾体抗炎药诱发哮喘，鼻炎或荨麻疹的患者。注意事项：肠胃病患者慎用。对支气管哮喘病史患者，可能会引起支气管痉挛；并用抗凝血剂的患者，服药的最初几日应随时监测其凝血酶原时间；孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用；心功能不全及高血压病患者慎用；过量服药可能引起头痛，呕吐，倦睡，低血压等，一般症状在停药后即可自行消失。规格：0.3g。贮藏：遮光，密闭保存。有效期：暂定二年。处方药：
