雌激素受体雌激素受体 雌激素受体属类固醇类受体，纯化的受体相对分子质量为65000，第322～395位氨基酸为雌激素结合区，调控雌激素受体基因位于X性染色体，雌激素受体基因在第6对染色体，分A、B、C、D、E、F 6个区，C和E区分别为DNA和配基结合区。雌激素受体在羧基末端有配基结合区，其组成的氨基酸与雌激素、孕激素受体的配基结合区有许多相似性。其功能除与相应配基结合外，还具有二聚体化和核定位的功能。雌激素受体是一种酸性蛋白质，不溶于30%的硫酸铵溶液，对热极不稳定，未结合的受体比游离受体复合物更敏感。它不仅存在于细胞浆，也存在胞核内。其生物学特性为结合容量低、高亲和力、特异性强和组织特异性，如子宫、乳腺、阴道的性激素受体含量较非靶组织器官要高得多，目前已证实，骨骼、心脏、肌肉和大脑等组织均存在雌激素受体。在正常月经周期中，子宫内膜ER和PR呈周期性变化，增生期因E2的升调节作用逐渐增加，到增生晚期达高峰，分泌期因P的降调节作用ER和PR则下降。在病理情况下，ER含量会发生明显变化。
