肾上腺髓质 肾上腺髓质 adrenal medulla 肾上腺深部的结构称肾上腺髓质。发源于外胚层,与交感神经系统组织同源。重约1g,占肾上腺总重量的1/10左右。几乎都由分泌邻苯二酚胺的细胞组成。该种细胞含有能被重铬酸钾染色的颗粒故称嗜铬细胞。髓质的嗜铬细胞排列成团或索状,胞内的致密泡含有邻苯二酚胺。人体内约85%的肾上腺素来源于肾上腺髓质。
