彩色彩色color  彩色(color)一种不可忽视的环境因素。彩色一向被用于广告或人们休息、娱乐和消遣的场所,而被摈弃于劳动现场之外。只是近年才发现彩色作为一种环境因素也有调节人的心境、影响工作积极性和提高工作效率的作用。把握彩色对人的生理和心理的影响规律,会在一定程度上起到提高劳动者觉醒水平、增加满意感、缓解疲劳、提高工作兴趣等积极作用。研究表明,对人最适宜的彩色是淡绿色、黄绿色、浅黄色、浅蓝色和白色等,它能提高工作的兴奋性和延缓人的眼疲劳。彩色对劳动心理的影响主要有两个方面:一是对感知觉的影响。如涂成浅蓝色的房间,会有空间扩大的开阔之感,而褐色的墙壁则会产生空间缩小的压抑之感;二是对情绪的影响。如光谱前端的强色(像红、橙、黄)都有一定刺激作用,能提高劳动者的觉醒水平,而光谱后边的弱色(像蓝色、紫色)则有抑制兴奋性的作用。现代企业中,劳动者总是置身在彩色纷繁的环境里,从厂房的墙壁、设备、工作台、宣传标语、工作服,到地板、通风设施、防火用具,以及厂院、走廊、休息室、餐厅、俱乐部等无不用彩色装点着,它们正对职工的身心发生着潜移默化的影响。目前,工业界正从用彩色布置舒适的工作环境、用彩色作为编码手段、以彩色缓解人的眼疲劳、应用彩色改善照明和应用彩色突出工艺特色等几个方面着手,运用彩色的规律来为提高劳动生产率和职工积极性服务。 (孙俊山撰张燮审)
