国际版权协会 非政府间国际版权组织。1954年11月在西柏林成立。秘书处设在慕尼黑。它是由一批大学教授、律师、行政官员、政治家及有关人士发起，得到一些作家协会支持，根据《德意志民法典》在西柏林注册的协会。其宗旨是：科学地调查作者的自然权利,向全世界,特别是向立法国家宣传应用这一权利的知识；制定为大众利益服务的现代版权法。组织机构是：全体会议选出管理委员会，管理委员会便是根据《德意志民法典》规定的执行委员会。召开全体会议的日期不固定。出版物有：《国际版权协会年鉴》、《国际版权协会论文集》。1987年有50个国家(包括中国)的471名会员。秘书长G.哈拉博士。
