硫黄回收分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:通常指克劳斯法硫黄回收(Claus sulfur recovery)。是一个广泛使用的从含硫化氢气体中回收硫黄的方法。含硫化氢的酸性气体在控制的空气下进行燃烧,使其中的硫化氢燃烧成二氧化硫,在高温和催化剂的作用下,二氧化硫又与未燃烧的硫化氢反应生成硫黄。一般通过2个催化反应器可回收原料气中85%~95%的硫,硫黄纯度可达99.9%以上。这一方法不但可以减少二氧化硫对大气的污染,还可大量回收纯度较高的硫黄,故适用于加工高含硫原油的炼油厂。
