多效降膜蒸发器
设备用途  BL型多效逆流、顺流、薄膜蒸发器系列设备,是玉米浆、发酵糖汁工业、果汁、饮料工业、奶液、酒槽滤液、制药工业、发酵料液、高浓度有机或化工废水的蒸发浓缩的专用设备。具有节能、受热时间短,适用粘度较高物料的蒸发、浓缩和浓缩比大等优点,还可获得品质优良的去离子水以满足工业锅炉用水的需要。并可组合成双效、三效、四效及五效蒸发系统。还可以利用管束或盘式干燥机顶部废汽及其它低热值热源(如凝结水蒸汽)作为蒸发器热源而成为废热蒸发器,由此可以极大地减少生蒸汽用量,达到最大的节能效果。当废热蒸汽有充分供应量时,可完全不用生蒸汽、取得显著的经济效益。
工作原理  物料经分配器被均匀的分配到各蒸发器管内,物料在重力和自蒸发形式的二次蒸汽的作用下形成螺旋形膜状自上而下流动,同时物料薄膜与列管外壁蒸汽发生热量交换,使物料中的水份受热蒸发,稳定的温差和传热面积,形成稳定的水份蒸发量,被蒸发的水份所形成的二次蒸汽被多次利用,最大限度的利用热能,降低蒸汽消耗,形成多次蒸发目的设计原理。最大性能特点本蒸发器分配盘为螺旋形,物料分布特别均衡、液体绝对沿管内壁成膜状下降、最适用于糖类浓缩蒸发器顶盖为平顶,便于清洗和维修。如果生产量不需要大蒸发量。可以改变换热面积。本蒸发器无分离室,因气液为逆流、热交换效果比有气液分离室蒸发器优越。真空系统可有使用方选定,水环式真空泵或水喷射泵均可。冷凝水可以回收。蒸发量在3900kg/h时,蒸汽用量为1300kg/h。散热量小,特别是二次蒸汽。操作方便,占地面积小。本工艺是引进消化吸收俄罗斯糖汁浓缩蒸发先进技术。  本设备为玉米浆、葡萄糖、淀粉全糖、麦牙糊精、提高麦芽糖、发酵料液及废水综合利用等蒸发浓缩。
