燃油控制器 根据飞行条件或驾驶员指令控制送入发动机燃油量的自动装置，用以保证发动机的工作状态，又称燃油调节器。它包括转速控制器、气压控制器和涡轮膨胀比控制器等。燃油控制器一般可以分为机械-液压式、电子模拟式和电子数字式三种。 ①机械-液压式：以高压燃油为工质，由液压元件、凸轮、杠杆等组成。例如，转速控制器由发动机转子带动旋转的敏感元件（离心飞重）感受转速的变化。当外界干扰引起转速变化时，飞重的离心力与弹簧力的平衡被破坏，导杆移动通过杠杆使放大元件（分油活门）反向移动，于是执行元件（随动活塞）的一端进油，另一端放油活塞移动，带动柱塞泵的斜盘转动，改变柱塞行程，从而使供油量发生变化，直至转速恢复到给定值和飞重离心力与弹簧力重新平衡为止。如果驾驶员操纵油门，改变了弹簧力，同样会引起控制器动作达到改变转速的目的。一般在控制器中还装有反馈装置，以改善系统的动态性能。如采用齿轮泵供油，可由随动活塞带动计量活门来改变供油量。 ②电子模拟式：采用电子元件。例如, 转速控制器用电磁式转速敏感元件代替离心飞重，用晶体管放大器或磁放大器代替分油活门，以电磁活门或步进电机代替随动活塞,便成为电子模拟式控制器,靠电信号控制。因可靠性不高，未得到广泛应用。 ③电子数字式：现代飞机发动机的燃油系统已将数字计算机用于发动机控制。这种装置由微处理机和输入、输出接口组成。敏感元件输来的电信号在输入接口中转换为数字信息再进入微处理机。微处理机根据选定的控制规律和操作指令，通过计算得到输出参数的数字信息，经输出接口转换成操纵计量活门的电信号，用以保持或改变供油量，使发动机工作状态符合要求。这种系统的信号容易综合，适于多变量控制，通用性好，能缩短设计周期，惯性小、响应快、控制精度高。 此外，无人驾驶航空器上还装有电子遥控或程控式燃油控制器。
