球罐入孔凸缘与极板埋弧自动焊摘要:本文重要介绍了球罐人孔凸缘与极板焊接方法的改进。关键词:球罐入孔凸缘 极板 轨道埋弧自动焊一、引言 我厂成型车间是专业制造球罐的车间,制造过程中焊接量最大的是入孔凸缘极板的焊接。多年来一直采用手工焊,由于大部分球罐的球壳板都比较厚,因此焊接工作量较大,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低,外观成型不好,焊缝表面处理的工作量大,焊接质量不稳定,因此我厂专门成立了技改攻关小组,对球罐人孔凸缘与极板实施埋弧自动焊进行了实验。二、埋弧自动焊的特点埋弧自动焊是当今焊接生产中使用最普通的焊接发法之一,主要具备以下几大优点:1、生产效率高。由于焊接电流大,相应的电流密度也大,因此电弧的熔深大,焊丝熔敷效率大大提高。 2、焊缝质量高,首先,由于有焊剂的存在,不仅能隔开金属与空气的接触,而且使熔池金属较慢凝固。液体金属与熔化的焊剂间有较多时间进行冶金反应,减少在焊缝中产生气孔、裂纹等缺陷的可能性。焊剂还可以向焊缝金属补充一些合金元素,从而提高焊缝金属的力学性能。另外自动焊接时,焊接参数可通过自动调节保持稳定。焊接质量对焊工技术水平的依赖程度可大大降低。 3、劳动条件。埋弧自动焊没有电弧光辐射,在有风的环境中埋弧的保护效果也很好。 尽管埋弧自动焊具有上述几大优点,但使用有其局限性,目前大多只适用于轨迹直线型焊缝的焊接。如何实现在曲面上轨迹为曲线型焊缝的焊接。为此,我们技改攻关小组,对球罐极板与入孔凸缘实埋弧自动焊进行了实验。三、实验过程常有的自动埋弧焊机有等速送丝和变速送丝两种,一般都由机头、控制箱、导轨(支架)以及焊接电源组成。等速送丝或高电流密度的情况。变速送丝自动埋弧机采用电弧电压自动调节系统。使用于粗焊丝或低焊丝密度的情况。 由于考虑球罐入孔法兰面的影响和操作方便等多方面因素,我们选择了变速送丝的电弧电压调节式焊机,即使用最普通的MZ-1000型焊机。 MZ--1000型焊机主要技术数据: 型号:MZ--1000 焊接电流:400-1200(A) 电源电压:38V 送丝速度:(弧压35V时)0.5~2m/min
