1.After exhaustive investigation about current coal gasification control systems, this thesis developed a decentralized control system (DCS) to control a bed-fixed and batched coal gasification process on the basement of the ECS-100 DCS equipped by Zhejiang Supcon Technology Co.通过对现有煤制气控制系统的对比研究，利用浙大中控公司的ECS-100集散控制系统，研究开发了基于DCS系统的固定床间歇制气控制系统。
2.By considering the situa tion of domestic resources and steel industry development,establishing coal gasification - shaft furnace direct reduction technology is main direction of sponge iron production in China.综合考虑国内炼铁资源条件及钢铁产业发展现状,发挥国内丰富的非焦煤资源优势,发展煤制气-竖炉直接还原是我国海绵铁生产的主要方向。
