汽轮机转子用钢汽轮机转子用钢steel for turbine rotor q一}unjl zhuonz一yonggong汽轮机转子用钢(steel for turbine rotor) 汽轮机主轴、叶轮等用钢的总称,均为锻件。小型汽轮机转子是由主轴及叶轮组成。大型汽轮机组一般具有高压、中压及低压转子。大多使用整锻件,叶轮是由整体锻件上切削加工而成。也有全部转子采用焊接制造,或低压转子采用套装叶轮结构(见汽轮机转子)。高、中压转子在较高温度(300~57。℃)和较高应力(35~25MPa)下运转。对汽轮机转子用钢的要求是:①高强度。除与发电机转子一样(见发电机转子用姻),要有较高的常温性能以外,还要有高的高温持久强度和高温蠕变强度,为此,除适当提高碳含量外,还濡向钢中加人Cr、M。、V、Nb等强化合金元素。②良好的塑性。③淬透性要好。为了在整个截面上获得均匀的组织和强度性能,保证心部无自由铁素体析出,需向钢中加人Ni、Cr以提高悴透性.④脆性转变温度(FATT)要低,以便在冷态起动中减少脆性断裂的危险。⑤有一定的抗腐蚀的能力。⑥焊接转子用钢要有良好的焊接性。为此,钢中碳含量不超过0.20%~0.25%。⑦有高的抗疲劳的能力,以便适应频繁的调峰工况。⑧锻件在最终热处理后,残余应力要低,并且不得有白点、裂纹和其他超标缺陷存在。 高中压转子一般均用低碳或中碳Cr、Mo、V钢制造,有回火上贝氏体组织。为提高淬透性加人一部分Ni。常用钢如ZICrMoV、3oCrZMoV、30CrMoV、30Cr1Mo1V、21CrNIMoV、25CrNIMoV及30CrNIMoV等。低压转子用钢与发电机转子用钢相同,如2 SCrNi3MoV、26CrZNi4MoV等,焊接转子用17CrMo1V以及25CrZNIMoV等。30Cr1Mo1V、26CrZNi4MoV只朴剔成失中围300 MW、600 MW亚临界妻教汽较机高、中、低压转子普遍使用材料。 对更高燕汽参数汽轮机,要求高温强度性能更高的钢材,通常采用含有强化合金元素的12%Cr马氏体耐热钢,如18CrllMoVNbN等。它具有更高的淬透性、高温强度、抗腐蚀能力和高温持久塑性,可用于超临界参数或超超临界参数的汽轮机高、中压转子。
