一、概述:CWF型超细涡流粉碎机是本公司在吸收世界先进技术基础之上,结合我国精细化工行业对粉体加工设备的特殊要求,而自行设计制造的新一代超微粉碎机。该机的主要粉碎元件一齿圈、刀片均采用优质进口不锈钢加工(也可用99%氧化铝刚玉陶瓷),具有高强度、高耐磨性且对物料无污染。设备运行平稳,噪音低,生产效率高,耗电量低(只占同类型气流粉碎机耗电量的20%)。该机自带分级装置,无需另配分级设备。粉碎和分级均采用变频调速,用户可以根据各自物料的不同特性任意调节产品的细度,且产品粒度均匀,分布范围狭窄。机内采用了独特的水冷却装置,使物料在粉碎过程中保持常温状态。
设备造型美观,安装、维修方便。广泛适用于锂电池材料,荧光材料、金属粉末材料、军工材料等精细化工原料的超细粉碎;同时也是中草药、食品加工、植物纤维、农药等行业理想的超细粉碎设备。二.型号和含义:CWF-×××CWF表示超细涡流粉碎机。×××表示粉碎腔的公称直径,单位是“mm”。三.结构与工作原理:1、结构:本机组由主机、旋流器、脉冲袋式除尘器、电气控制四大部分组成。主机由粉碎和分级两大系统组成,均采用变频调速。2、工作原理:原料由料斗进入加料机,经螺旋加料机被送入主机的粉碎腔内,由于系通的负压作用,进入粉碎腔的物料被高速回转的粉碎刀片冲击、剪切,物料与物料间也相互撞击,磨擦;同时受到高强涡流产生的高频振动,物料被充分粉碎。粉碎后的物料在高负压的作用下被导入分级室,在分级轮的高速回转下,微粉被导入出料管进入集料装置,粗粉被叶轮摔回粉碎腔继续粉碎。技术参数表:
