实现压气机叶轮逆向设计的测量技术研究压气机是行走机械中广泛使用的部件,其中的两个叶轮是其关键件。叶轮的叶片形状复杂,难以用一般的数学表达式描述,其设计往往是借助原有的零件进行改进,并进行多次实物试验、表面修改,然后定型,因此压气机叶轮的逆向设计十分必要。将快速硅橡胶模具技术和真空注型技术应用到压气机叶轮的测量数据采集中,避免了对原有样件的破坏,扩大了三坐标测量机的使用范围。本文通过对压气机叶轮测量方法的研究提出了用于压气机叶轮逆向设计的测量数据采集方法。一、压气机叶轮的一般测量方法 逆向设计的压气机叶轮实物照片如图1所示。压气机叶轮的测量难点在于其叶片的测量。叶片由曲面构成,很难用一般构造模型的方法建模。必须对叶片表面形状进行逐点测量,以期求得比较完整、准确的测量数据。由于受叶轮特定的结构限制,采用三坐标测量机和激光扫描测量机都不能将叶片表面全部测量数据采集到。采用工业CT机可以采集表面测量数据,但该方法造价高、数据处理难度高,而测量精度却不高。采用层析法进行测量数据采集,也有数据处理困难的缺陷,并要求测量前规划好测量方法,以保证测量一次成功。因为层析法将对被测量零件进行分层切削,造成不可逆转的完全破坏。对于只有一件的反求零件一般不适于采用层析法进行测量数据采集。图1压气机叶轮实物照片二、压气机叶轮的复制测量方法 在压气机叶轮不被破坏的状态下,我们采用了快速硅胶模具技术及真空注型技术,快速复制了若干个聚氨脂叶轮样件。 硅橡胶模具制作工艺流程如图2所示。将实物样件放入适当大小的容器中,在真空条件下将硫化硅胶浇注在容器中。经固化后,将浇注的硅橡胶进行分模。由于硅橡胶有良好的柔性和弹性,对于结构复杂、无拔模斜度或具有倒拔模斜度及具有深凹槽的零件,都可以从中直接取出。图2 硅橡胶模具的制作工艺流程 硅橡胶具有流动性好、成型收缩率低、高撕裂强度、易离模等特点。用硅橡胶制作简易模具是20世纪80年代新发展起来的实用技术,在样件试制、小批量生产等方面起到缩短研制周期、降低生产成本的效果。将硅橡胶模具技术用于叶轮小批量翻制,较好地再现了零件的原型,并使原有零件不被破坏。
