排粉风机排粉风机exhauster Po一fen fengJ-排粉风机(exhauster)煤粉制备系统中用以输送干燥剂和煤粉的风机。主要用于中间储仓式制粉系统中，安装在细粉分离器之后。排粉机的运转使从磨煤机人口到排粉机人口的整个制粉系统形成负压。从排粉风机出来的乏气，或作为一次风，将给粉机供给的煤粉送人炉膛燃烧;或作为三次风直接喷人炉膛。从细粉分离着出来的乏气(废干燥剂)，视分离器效率的高低，还含有10%~20%的细煤粉，特别是在负压直吹式制粉系统中，排粉风机安装在粗粉分离器之后，全部煤粉通过排粉风机，故存在严重的磨损问题，必须采取有效的防磨损措施。由于输送的介质含有煤粉，且管路长、流速高、阻力大，需要排粉风机的压力较高，一般在10kP。左右，因而都采用离心式风机。每套制粉系统配备一台排粉风机。
