水轮发电机组调峰水轮发电机组调峰peak load regulation of water turbine generator set shu一lunfadlonllzu tloofeng水轮发电机组调峰(peak load regufation ofwater turbine generator set)水轮发电机组对电力系统高峰负荷的增长量迅速做出响应的一种运行方式。由于昼夜用电负荷的不均衡性,电力系统负荷曲线形成高峰及低谷,在高峰时,要有机组解决高峰电力的裕要,保证电力系统的供电质量。电力系统调峰机组,可以用水轮发电机组、燃气轮机组或汽轮发电机组,但以水轮发电机组最为经济合适,这是因为水轮发电机组具有开机停机简单迅速,增减负荷速度快,以及水电成本低廉的缘故。 20世纪60年代以来,抽水蓄能电站的建设发展很快,其发电电动机组既能调峰,又能城谷,对电力系统负荷高峰低谷的调节,又多了一种手段,对于火电比重占绝对优势、水电比重小且调节性能又差的电网,尤为重要。 抽水蓄能电站吸取夜间电力系统负荷低落时的剩余电能进行抽水,使火电机组不必降低输出功率或部分停机,同时也改善了火电机组运行条件;在高峰时利用抽上去的水量来发电,以解决电力系统调峰的负荷增长量。所以,以火电机组为主的电力系统,要解决系统调峰问题,一个有效的途径是建设抽水蓄能电站。 随着火电厂和核电站比重进一步增长,电力系统供电负荷率越来越低,电力系统在午夜以后,即使火电出力尽量压低,发电容量仍会超出电力负荷的需要,出现剩余电能.而高峰时又缺乏调峰电力,因此,更需要发展抽水蓄能电站与日益增长的火电厂和核电站配合运行。所以,在70年代后期至今,一些工业发达国家,如日本,随着高效率大容量火电机组的建设,以及核电站的发展,更加需要建设大型抽水蓄能电站进行调峰和填谷;根据日本研究,认为在以火电机组及核电机组为主的电力系统中,需要建设占电力系统容量的10%~20%抽水蓄能电站与之匹配,是比较经济合理的。
