螺旋板式热交换器分子式:CAS号:性质:由两张平行的薄钢板卷制成具有两个螺旋通道的螺旋体,再加上两侧的盖板与冷热流体进出口连接管而成,如图示。流体分别在两条通道中逆向旋流通过螺旋板进行热交换,这种设备的主要优点是结构紧凑,其容积仅为列管式的几分之一到十几分之一。两流体在器内可作严格的逆流流动,总传热系数较大,传热效率较高,缺点是流体阻力比较大,操作压强和设备尺寸不能太大,两流道液体的压强差也不能太大,检修和清洗比较困难。
