[国外糖业技术]立式连续助晶器
(一)概述随着糖厂规模的不断扩大,原来煮糖车间显得比较拥挤,为了充分利用现有厂房空间,国外许多糖厂采用了立式助晶器(见图1)。立式助晶器的单槽容量分100立方米和150立方米两种,当容量为150立方米时,直径约4.5米、高10米,中间有一空心管式搅拌器轴,上面安装若干层搅拌桨:在相邻两层桨叶间,装有蛇管式热交换器(附图),热交换器相邻各层互相串联,管中通冷却水,冷却用水量和温度,按糖膏助晶的要求确定;糖膏从上面进下面排出,冷却水从下方进上方排出,相互逆向流动;连续助晶器的相邻槽体间,用糖膏泵(ROTA)输送糖膏。(二)设备优点1、容量可以做得较大,占地面积小。2、可直接安放在水泥基础上,安装比较简单;加上保温外壳后可安装在室外。3、糖膏和冷却水逆向流动,温度下降均匀,助晶效果比较理想。(三)工艺特点经立式助晶器C(参见图2)助晶后之糖膏,1/4进行预分蜜,分出之蜜送入后面的助晶器,用以降低糖膏的粘度,减轻搅拌器负荷;助晶器F为升温槽,使糖膏升温达到分蜜时要求的温度。(注:我国湛江广丰糖厂采用了立式助晶器)(四)相关主要数据热交换器面积(平方米)与容积比(立方米):0.96;糖膏和水温度差(升温、降温):正、负10摄氏度;搅拌桨平均转速:0.4转/分。附:图1、立式助晶器结构示意图图2、立式助晶器工艺流程图
