低成本价格领导低成本价格领导 【低成本价格领导】价格领导的一种形式。这样的领导企业在竞争者中有明显的成本优势，连续充当着价格领导角色，对其它企业有一定支配作用。如果发生价格战，其它企业将遭到比低成本企业更大的损失和更易破产倒闭。所以其它企业往往只好服从低成本企业的价格调整。 这类价格领导有2种情况:(l)产品雷同，，按同一价格出售。当产品价格由低成本企业按最大化利润原则决定后，其它企业必须照此价格出售。因为低于或高于这个价格都不能保证最大利润。图1一19可以说明这种情况。2个企业(A和B)平分市场份额，有着相同的需求曲线(D)和边际收益曲线(MR)，差别在于A企业的成本较低。低成本企业在A点(MR二M以)定价，相应的价格和销量为P和Q。此时B企业面临着曲折的需求曲线PKD，它若高于P定价，不但会丧失顾客，而且MR>Mc，不可能得到最大利润;若低于P定价，其它企业会随之降价，且MC>MR，也得不到最大利润，因此B企业必须按P价格价格成本卜 图l一19出售Q产量。(2)产品和价格均有差别。当低成本领导企业确定调整价格后，跟随者企业根据领导企业调整价格的相同百分比相应调整自己的产品价格。跟随者企业中产品质高(成本也高)的定价稍高;产品较次(成本仍高于领导企业)的定价稍低。结果，领导企业和跟随者企业的价格差别在价格变动前后依然存在，只是整个价格结构向上(或向下)作了调整。
