石青菜【通用名称】石青菜【其他名称】石青菜 (《云南中草药选》) 【异名】石头菜(《云南中草药选》),门听(壮名)。 【来源】为苦苣苔科植物中华被萼苣苔的全草。 【植物形态】中华被萼苣苔 多年生草本,高约26厘米。根茎短粗,柱状,黑褐色,有极密的环纹。叶对生,紧接;叶片坚纸质,卵圆形至长圆形,长3~7厘米,宽1.5~3.5厘米,先端锐尖,基部宽楔形至斜心形,上面深绿色,下面浅褐色,密被小茸毛,边缘有浅齿;叶柄长2.5~5.5厘米。聚伞花序腋生;基部有迟脱落的大苞片;花葶长约11厘米;花淡紫色。钟状,5裂。蒴果狭圆柱形,长约2厘米。花期夏季。 生长于林下及山坡石缝中。分布云南、广西等地。 【采集】全年可采,洗净,鲜用或晒干备用。 【性味】苦,凉。 【功用主治】疏风清热,凉血止痢. 【选方】①治痢疾,哮喘:石青菜一至三钱,煎服。 ②治荨麻疹:鲜石青菜适量,煎水洗患处。(性味以下出《云南中草药选》) ③治外伤出血:石青菜干粉适量包敷创面。(《文山中草药》)
