口岸查验口岸查验 口岸查验经产地商检机构预验合格的出口商品·调运口岸申请出口时.口岸商检机构派员进行的查验工作。中国规定，凡产地商检局签发出口商品检验换证出口的.因经长途运输可能变质受损，必须经口岸局商检人员执行口岸查验。口岸查验分两种情况:①对一般商品可只查验外包装。首先查对品名、标记、批号、件数是否与出口商品检验换证凭单(正本)的记载相符。对外包装检查其有无破损、污染、水湿等不正常情况，如发现包装受损可能影响质量，或有其他疑问时，则应开件抽查，抽验品质。②对易腐、易变及品质不稳定的商品，除查验外包装外，还必须逐批开件抽验品质，根据不同商品、不同季节、不同情况对重点检验项口进行感观检验;如发现品质变异须进一步检测的.应抽取样品按规定进行检验。经口岸查验发现问题时，应及时通知报验人加上整理后再次复查.无法整理的咋不合格处理，必要时联系原检验的商检机构共同研究解决。口岸查验情况正常的商品.还应审核出口商品检验换证凭单上所载的检验结果.是否完全符合外贸合同、信用证规定的要求.以及是否超过检验有效期.无问题的才同意换证放行。
