测控通信网 为火箭、航天器发射和飞行传递测控和其他信息的通信网络。它利用多种传输线路和终端经各级交换中心将分布于各地的航天器发射场、航天测控站、航天控制中心以及用户终端联系起来,实现网中各点间的信息交换。测控通信网由信源终端、用户终端、传输终端、通信线路、人工或自动交换设备和软件系统组成。其中包括电话、电报、传真、电视、数据传输等网络,汇集于航天控制中心,称为总通信中心。在发射场区设区域通信中心,大型测控站设通信分中心,形成多级信息交换体制。在区域内部和各站内部使用明线、电缆、超短波或微波接力等通信线路。总通信中心与区域通信中心的通信使用同轴电缆、短波和卫星通信线路。总通信中心与测量船等活动测控台站的通信使用短波、长波和卫星通信线路。 测控通信网的工作内容包括:指挥调度、数据传输、时间信号和控制信号传输、电视图像传输以及电传和电报等。 数据传输是测控通信网的主要业务,主要内容是:①将测控站获得的测量信息、接收到的遥测和其他信息送到航天控制中心;②将航天控制中心计算的弹道(或轨道)数据和航天器设备工作性能的数据送到各级指挥控制中心的显示设备和记录设备;③向测控设备传送经计算机处理的引导数据;④将航天控制中心发出的控制航天器轨道、姿态和航天器上设备的指令传送到测控站,经遥控设备发到航天器。数据传输网络的主要技术指标是数据传输速率和差错率(误码率)。常用带宽为 3千赫的模拟话路传送数字化数据,传输速度为 600、1200、2400、4800和7200比特/秒。宽带数据传输速率为数万至数十万比特每秒。当某一信源的数据输出速率大于一套数据传输设备的容量时,可用多套设备并行传输。当现有通信线路误码率不能满足要求时,须在线路中增加均衡器,在数据传输设备中采取纠错措施(见航天测控系统、航天测控和数据采集网)。
