纤维素降解分子式：CAS号：性质：纤维素由于水解作用、氧化作用、微生物作用和机械作用等而使聚合度降低的现奉，统称为降解。纤维素大分子苷键对酸的稳定性很差，在适当的pH值、温度和时间条件下，水解降解生成低分子量的纤维素和葡萄糖，最终完全水解成D-葡萄糖。纤维素的碱性降解为碱性水解，使纤维素的配糖键部分断裂，产生新的还原性末端基，导致聚合度下降。在碱性溶液中，纤维素还会发生剥皮反应。纤维素在氧化剂作用下发生氧化降解，生成氧化纤维素，其聚合度也同时下降。纤维素发生降解，其聚合度下降，纤维机械强度也随之降低。
