水稻配套机械插秧的育秧技术如何选择水稻机插用品种（组合）？ 受现有插秧机结构所限，培育机插秧苗时，秧田播种量都较大，这就使得机插秧的适龄期较短。一般早季适龄期25-30天，晚季15-20天。超过适龄期的秧苗，秧苗素质变差，影响插秧后秧苗正常生长发育，对水稻增产很不利。因此，选择机插用品种（组合）时，关键是看该品种（组合）的适宜秧龄与机插秧苗的适宜秧龄能否符合，能符合的便可选用，不符合的则不宜选用。一般来说，双季早稻，常规手插可用的品种（组合），机插都能用。而双季晚稻则只能选用中、短生育期的品种（组合），而不能选用生育期较长的品种（组合）。 播种前如何进行种子准备和处理？ 播种前对水稻种子进行晒种、选种、浸种、消毒、催芽等处理，可提高种子发芽率，使种子发芽生长一致，秧苗生长整齐，病害减少，有利于提高机插质量和提高产量。因此，条件许可时，应尽量对种子进行以下处理：（1）晒种：播种前将种子晒一天。晒种要做到薄摊，勤翻，晒透。（2）浸种、选种、消毒：先用500倍强氯精水溶液浸种24小时，然后用清水漂洗种子，除去药液，同时捞去浮在水面上的空瘪谷粒。继续浸种早季1-2天，晚季半天。（3）催芽：早季浸种完成后，如遇晴好天气，可直接进行播种，然后盖塑料薄膜，利用薄膜的温室效应自然催芽。如需人工催芽时，可将种子装入尼龙袋中，用50℃温水喷淋一次，然后用薄膜将种子包好，再盖上麻袋等保温材料，待种子根芽露出后（大约需12小时）即可播种。注意种子的根芽不可催的过长，否则会使播种不均匀，造成机插漏苗增加。晚季催芽不需用热水喷淋，可直接将浸好的种子用薄膜包12小时即可。 怎样进行播种作业？ （1）播种期的确定：由于早季适宜秧龄为25-30天，因而播种期应比计划插秧期提早25天。晚季适宜秧龄15-20天，相应播种期比插秧期提早15天。 （2）播种量的确定：可按每平方米净秧板面积播常规稻干种子0.4-0.5kg，或杂交稻0.3kg确定播种量。如种子发芽率较低（＜90%），则应相应增加播种量。播种时应按每块秧畦面积分别称量种子进行播种。 （3）播种作用：采用有载体育秧法进行育秧的，按以下程序进行播种作业：①将育秧栽体平铺在秧畦上。②在秧畦的两边牵上两条草绳或放上木条。③从沟中捞泥浆或将事先备好的床土铺放在育秧栽体上，并将其摊抹平整。注意将铺土厚度控制在2-3cm之间。 ④将种子均匀洒在畦面上。如采用无载体方式培育秧苗的，播种的前一天灌水浸泡秧地，播种时再排水露出畦面，然后从沟中用锄头勾一些泥浆放到畦面上，再用锄头和木板将畦面泥浆摊抹平整，使畦面上形成一薄层泥浆，随后立即进行播种作用。⑤压种与盖种：早季种子播好后，如大部分种子有半粒落入泥浆中，则不进行压种。否则应进行压种作业（用扫帚或木板轻压种子），使种子和土壤紧密结合。晚季在播种后都要进行压种。压种时应注意不可将种子压入土壤太深，否则会造成出苗不均和部分烂种现象。采用制备床土育秧的，播种后要用细土盖种。 怎样进行秧田的薄膜管理？ 早季秧田播种后，应立即盖薄膜，盖膜方式以拱膜形式为好。盖膜时期一般为10天左右，即播种10天后，只要没有低温寒流天气就应开始逐步揭膜。揭膜时可先开两头，两天后再全部揭去薄膜。揭膜时间应选在早上，膜内外温湿度差异不大时，这样对秧苗生长影响较小。
