潜水蒸发  潜水向包气带输送水分,并通过土壤蒸发或(和)植物散发进入大气的过程。由于土壤蒸发或(和)植物散发,在土壤表层或根系层中消耗水分,潜水通过毛细作用不断向上补给水分,保持土壤蒸发和植物散发持续进行。    单位时间内潜水的蒸发量称潜水蒸发率(常以毫米/日表示)。影响潜水蒸发率的主要因素有:①气候条件。太阳辐射强、气温高、相对湿度小、风速大时,潜水蒸发率大,反之则小。②潜水埋藏深度。埋深小,潜水蒸发率大;埋深越大,潜水蒸发率越小。③包气带岩性。它是一个很复杂的影响因素。岩性本身的颗粒组成、结构排列、密实程度、孔隙构成、通道形式和土壤生化物质等因素在参与蒸发过程中所发生的能量、热量和水量的转变和交换现象都是十分复杂的。岩性不同,潜水蒸发率也不同。④植被。裸露的地面,无植物生长,潜水蒸发率小。有植被的地面,由于植物的散发,潜水蒸发率增大。植被覆盖愈密,潜水蒸发率愈大。不同植物(包括同类植物而种不同)有不同的潜水蒸发率。同一植物在不同生长期,潜水蒸发率也不同。    计算和测定潜水蒸发量的方法主要有三类:①实测法,常用地中蒸渗仪(见图)和称重式蒸渗仪,直接测定潜水蒸发量。一般采用若干个控制不同地下水埋深的测筒,内装各种原状土,筒内种有植物或不种植物,分别测定不同地下水埋深,不同土壤和不同植物的潜水蒸发量。②经验公式法,根据实测资料,在潜水蒸发率和其影响因素(如水面蒸发率、地下水埋藏深度、岩土性质)之间建立关系式,这是常用的方法。③求解数学物理方程,应用包气带水分运动理论,建立数学物理方程,用解析法或数值法求解。由于潜水蒸发的因素比较复杂,求解比较困难,尚未广泛应用。    蒸发和植物散发是潜水在自然条件下垂直排泄的主要方式。在干旱和半干旱地区,地下水埋藏浅时,潜水蒸发强烈,引起盐分上升并在地表积累,使土壤盐渍化。减少潜水蒸发损失,可增加地下水资源的可利用量(见水资源),这是合理开发利用地下水的一个重要课题。因此研究潜水蒸发有重要的实际意义。
