土地平整工艺土地平整工艺land leveling technology 土地平整工艺(land leveling teehnology)用机械挖填土方、平整土地的方法和过程。平整土地，有利于灌溉和排水，控制土壤水分，保土保肥.有利于田间作业机械化;是建设早涝保收、高产稳产农甲的基本措施之一。采用合理的土地平整施工工艺，可保证平整质量，做到省工高效，加速高产稳产农田的建设。 规划与标准平整土地是一项长远性的农田建设措施。工时费用投放量大，因此必须在田、渠、沟、林、路全面规划、综合治理的基础上，制定具体的平整规划。中国早作区典型的排灌渠系由干、支、斗、农四级配套的固定灌水渠和排水沟组成。农集是最后一级固定渠道，一般间隔为50米，斗集间隔为500米.并配有防护林带和田间道路。平整土地规划时一般以农集正常水位控制的面积为一个平整单元，即宽50米，长500米。若地表相对高差较大，难以一次平整时，可按农渠下一级的临时性毛渠控制的面积为平整单元，一般宽50米，长100米。水田的平整单元，以固定的直田埂间距为其宽度(约50米)，长度可按渠道设施和地表高差情况定取。平整单元越大，越有利于滋排水管理和机械化作业，但平整土地的难度和投资也越大。因此在规划时应因地制宜，合理确定。平整土地要有当年和长远规划，施工时间以春、秋两季结合耕整地进行为宜。 平整土地的标准:①适宜灌排水的均一坡降:畦灌为0.002一0.004;沟灌为0.003一0.008;水田为0.0005一0.001。②平整精度:单元内地表相对高差的平均值，畦田和水田不大于5厘米，沟灌不大于10厘米;最大相对高差值，畦田不大于10厘米，沟灌不大于15厘米。③基本保持原来的土壤肥力，即尽量多保留地表熟土。 施工工艺设计首先对平整单元进行侧量，一般使用方格网法，如图1。沿边线方向相隔10一20米打上正方形方格点桩，用水准仪测出点桩处地表的实际高程;用加权平均法算出单元平均高程，平均点位于单元的中心;再按灌溉要求确定纵向和横向坡降比，确定各点设计高程;设计高程与实际高程的代数差即为该点的挖填高度(负值为挖深，正值为填高)，标于方格图中。挖填高度为零的点的连线，即为挖填分界线。每个方格四个角点的挖填高度的代数和值乘以方格面积，即为方格挖填土方量。按运距短和路线不交叉对流的原则，制定调土路线，如图2设计的挖填上方数盆大体平衡。如计算相差较大时，在允许的范围内适当调整平均高程或坡降比，使挖填土方大体平衡。由于土壤的膨松，并考虑其沉降，填方处可适当加高10一20%。 平整土地施工机械主要有推土机、铲运机和平地机，还需要铲抛机、松土机或犁作为辅助机械。配备方案要根据条件因地制宜。
