盾叶薯蓣【通用名称】盾叶薯蓣【其他名称】盾叶薯蓣 (《中国药植志》) 【异名】枕头根、黄姜(《中国药植志》),黄连参、地黄姜野洋姜(《全展选编·外科》)。 【来源】为薯蓣科植物盾叶薯蓣的根茎。 【植物形态】盾叶薯蓣 草质藤本。根茎横生。茎纤细,无毛,有纵皱纹或浅槽,有时在分枝或叶柄的基部两侧微凸出,或具短刺。叶互生,盾形;叶片三角状卵形或长卵形,长5~11厘米,宽4~9厘米,边缘浅波状,基部心形或近于截形,通常3裂,中央裂片先端渐尖,两侧裂片圆耳状;叶柄短于叶片。花单性,雌雄异株;雄花序穗状,腋生,有时分枝;花无柄,常2~3朵簇生,仅1~2朵完全发育;苞片膜质,卵形或三角状卵形;花被片6,卵形,紫红色,雄蕊6;雌花序有花6~8朵,花有短柄,花被6裂,雄蕊退化;子房长圆柱形。蒴果干燥后蓝黑色,表面附有白色粉状物,翅近半月形,长约2.5厘米,宽约1.5厘米,顶端微凹,或近于截形,基部狭圆形、种子扁卵圆形,周围呈薄膜状的翅。花期5~8月。果期9~10月。 生于杂木林或林缘的路旁、沟边。分布陕西、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、云南、贵州等地。 【采集】秋季采挖,去净泥土,晒干。 【化学成分】含薯蓣皂甙元。薯蓣皂甙元的含量分别报告为1.05%、3.3%和3.4~4.9%。因薯蓣皂甙元的含量较高,为合成肾上腺皮质激素类药物的良好原料。 【功用主治】《全展选编·外科》:"治痈疖早期未破溃,蜂螫,阑尾炎。" 【用法与用量】外用:研末调敷。 【宜忌】《全展选编·外科》:"皮肤已破烂及脓已形成者忌用。" 【选方】治各种皮肤急性化脓性感染、软组织损伤,蜂螫,阑尾炎:鲜盾叶薯蓣根茎二至三两,研末与凡士林适量混合调匀,每日一次外敷患处;亦可与菊叶、次黄连或苦参适量,共捣外敷。(《全展选编·外科》)
