沙林分子式:CAS号:性质:学名甲氟膦酸异丙酯。一种典型的非持久性G类神经性毒剂。1939年由德国拖拉德尔(G.Schrader)首先发现。美国军用代号为GB。纯品系无色液体,工业品呈淡黄色或棕色,有微弱的苹果香味。沸点158℃。熔点-56℃。20℃时,液体密度1.1102~1.0943g/cm3;饱和蒸气压233.31Pa;挥发度13.2mg/L。沙林易渗入多孔表面和油漆表面,其蒸气易被多孔物体吸附。能与水及多种有机溶剂如苯、乙醚、乙醇等任意混溶。常温下性质稳定,分解很慢。25℃时,浓度为0.1g/L的水溶液,经24h约水解97%。酸、碱和加热都能加速其水解,水解产物无毒。战斗状态主要为气雾状态,吸入中毒的半致死剂量LD50为70~100mg·min/m3,半失能剂量为35~75mg·min/m3;经皮的半致死剂量为24mg/kg。中毒几分钟后即出现缩瞳、流涎、多汗、头痛、呼吸困难、肌颤等症状,严重时呼吸中枢麻痹、心跳停止而死亡。沙林可装填在炮弹、火箭弹、航空炸弹等弹体内,以爆炸方式分散成蒸气和气溶胶,经呼吸道、眼睛侵入机体;液滴状时,可使食物、水源染毒,经消化道进入机体;皮肤渗透毒性较小。防毒面具和皮肤防扩器材能有效防护。野战条件下,可用漂白粉、稀释的碱溶液及碱-醇-胺配方消毒剂消毒。室内可用水蒸气、氨水、肥皂水及弱碱水等消毒。皮肤染毒可迅速擦去,也可用消毒粉、皮肤消毒液消毒。通常用阿托品和吡啶醛肟类药物解磷针剂急救和治疗,如立即肌肉注射。
