α-生育酚分子式:C29H50O2分子量:430.72CAS号:10191-41-0;59-02-9性质:α-维生素E的外消旋体为淡黄色油状液体。熔点2.5-3.5℃,沸点200-220℃(13帕),相对密度(25/4℃)0.950,折光率1.5045。易溶于醇、醚、丙酮、氯仿、油脂及其他脂肪溶剂,几乎不溶于水。在没有空气的条件下,对热中碱都很稳定,100℃以下与酸无作用,但易被氧化,在空气中经光照或用化学试剂都可将它氧化成醌的衍生物。制备方法:在天然的维生素E中,已知存在α-,β-,γ-等七种生育酚异构体。植物类不同其主成分也不同。便如美国小麦油以α体为主要成分,大豆油则以δ体为主,玉米油富含γ体。以小麦胚芽油、大豆油等作原料,对其进行分子蒸馏,收集240℃以下的馏分,溶解在丙酮中,冷却并脱甾醇,再用氢氧化钾、乙醇进行皂化,然后用乙醚抽提得到的非皂化物,进行分子蒸馏和浓缩,即得生育酚的浓缩物。用合成法生产维生素E,是将2,3,5-三甲基对苯二酚与植物醇缩合。用途:在维生素E的异构体中,α的活性最高,δ的最小。维生素E对糖、脂类及蛋白质的代谢都有影响,在体内的确切作用还不太清楚,目前尚未发现人类缺乏维生素E的症状。临床上常用它医治先兆流产、习惯性流产和肌肉萎缩症,疗效尚难肯定,现在一般用作补剂。对维生素E的效能与作用的研究,近年来进展迅速,它对动脉硬化、贫血、脑软化、肝病、癌症等均有一定的医用价值,从而受到重视。
