温度觉温度觉thermoreception由冷觉与热觉两种感受不同温度范围的感受器感受外界环境中的温度变化所引起的感觉。对热刺激敏感的叫热感受器;对冷刺激敏感的叫冷感受器。两种感受器在皮肤表层中,均呈点状分布,叫做热点和冷点,温度感受器在面部、手背、前臂掌侧面、足背、胸部、腹部以及生殖器官的皮肤比较密集。冷点多于热点,在面部的皮肤每平方厘米约有16~19个冷点,热点的数目比冷点少4~10倍。在一定范围的温度内,两种感觉表现有一定程度的适应能力,在发生适应时,对温度刺激的敏感度明显降低。热感受器的适应只需几秒钟,但热觉的适应则需几分钟以上,可见人对热的适应并非完全决定于热感受器,而必须有中枢神经系统的适应功能参与。在热天澡盆内水温为28℃时,初进入时觉得冷,过一段时间后,也会发生适应,这种现象决定于人皮肤温度与环境温度的差别。所以,对于冷、热的感觉是相对的。恒温动物的温度感受器有一定的感受范围,如人的皮肤温度保持在36℃。热感受器的接受范围为36~45℃时是单独起作用的,冷感受器在31℃以下也是单独起作用的,在31~36℃时两种感受器同时起作用,人既有热觉又有冷觉。温度觉对恒温动物极为重要,是调节体温的重要环节。在外界温度或体内温度(如血液的温度)发生变动时,通过温度感受器接受刺激,传入性冲动到达大脑的同时,也传向下丘脑的体温调节中枢,从这里发出传出性冲动,调节产热器官(如骨骼肌等)或散热结构(如皮下血管等)以维持体温的恒定。对于兽类和鸟类,感受温热与寒冷常为指示迁徙的感受系统的主要组成部分。如候鸟的南飞北还;马鹿的按季节北去南归。对于变温动物除生活在水内的以外,常难于度过严寒。有些动物因适应环境的温度变化而发展成冬眠动物,冬季减少活动,降低体温,深藏在洞穴中,以便度过寒季。这些动物通过感受温热和寒冷而改变其生理功能的活动程序。
