罗红霉素片【通用名称】罗红霉素片【其他名称】罗红霉素片 罗红霉素片 拼音名：Luohongmeisu Pian 英文名：Roxithromycin Tablets 书页号：2000年版二部-389 本品含罗红霉素(C41H76N2O15)应为标示量的90.0％～110.0％。 【性状】本品为薄膜衣片，除去包衣后显白色或类白色。 【鉴别】取本品，除去包衣后，研细，照罗红霉素项下的鉴别(1)项试验，显相同的结果。 【检查】溶出度 取本品，照溶出度测定法(附录Ⅹ C 第一法)，以盐酸溶液(1→1000)为溶剂 (50mg规 格，溶剂量为600ml)，转速为每分钟100转，依法操作，45分钟时，取溶液，滤过，精密量取续滤液适 量，用上 述溶剂制成每1ml中约含80μg的溶液；另取本品10片，研细，精密称取适量(相当于平均片重)，加乙醇 适量 溶解，用上述溶剂稀释，滤过，取续滤液适量，按标示量用上述溶剂稀释成1ml中约含80μg的溶液。取 上述 两种溶液各5ml，加硫酸溶液(75→100)5ml，摇匀，放置30分钟，冷却后，照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ A)，在 482nm的波长处分别测定吸收度，按二者吸收度的比值计算每片的溶出量。限度为80％，应符合规定。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ A)。 【含量测定】取本品10片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量(约相当于罗红霉素50mg)，用乙醇适 量(每 5mg罗红霉素加乙醇1ml)分次研磨使罗红霉素溶解，用磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.8)制成每1ml中约含1000单 位的溶液，摇匀，静置，精密量取上清液适量，照罗红霉素项下的方法测定。 【类别】同罗红霉素。 【规格】(1)50mg(5万单位) (2)75mg(7.5万单位) (3)150mg(15万单位) 【贮藏】密封，在干燥处保存。
