木糖醇 ,木胶醇药物名称:木胶醇英文名:Xylitol别名:木糖醇 ,木胶醇 药理作用: 4.65%水溶液与血液等渗。为营养药,能补充热量,改善糖代谢。在体内代谢不依赖胰岛素的参与,直接透过细胞膜参与糖代谢而不增加血糖浓度,其甜味及产热量与葡萄糖相仿。它不增高血糖浓度,但可刺激胰岛释放胰岛素。 适应症: 用于糖尿病患者作为糖的代用品。此外,尚有抑制酮体生成的作用,能使血浆脂肪酸生成减少,可用作糖尿病、手术麻醉时酮中毒的合并用药。以及对尿毒症患者、胰岛素耐受者补充热量。 用法用量: 口服:1日25~50g,分3-4次服用,调于饮食中服用更佳。静脉注射:1次25~30g。 不良反应: 口服偶可引起肠鸣、腹泻,减少用量可减轻其副作用。口服吸收差(仅20%),过量能引起腹胀。静脉注射可发生高尿酸血症、肝功能变化和酸中毒。低血糖患者禁用。 注意事项: 静注浓度过高,速度过快,可致代谢性酸中毒,引起肾脏、大脑功能损伤。胰岛素诱发的低血糖症禁用。 规格: 口服粉剂:每包500g。注射液:每瓶25g(500ml);50g(500ml)。 类别:肠内、肠外营养药
