聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷树脂分子式:CAS号:性质:一种水溶性阳离子型热固性树脂。白色固体,能溶于水。造纸工业中使用的是含固量在10%~15%的产品,为无色至淡黄色黏稠状溶液。可用水无限稀释。PAE本身具有阳离子性,易与纤维结合,浆内添加PAE可使纸张具有良好的湿强度。广泛用于地图纸、育苗纸、卫生纸、茶叶袋纸等。这类湿强剂的主要特点是使用pH值范围较宽,为4~10。同脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂比较,可使纸张柔软,无游离甲醛,可用于食品包装纸。本品还可作为AKD中性施胶剂的增效剂、填料的固着剂。由二元酸(如己二酸)与多元胺(如二乙烯三胺)反应生成水溶性长链聚酰胺,在碱性条件下再与环氧氯丙烷缩聚而成。环氧氯丙烷与聚酰胺的反应摩尔比在0.2:1时,可用作助留剂、加快草类纤维纸浆滤水性能的助滤剂等。
