超级压光机分子式：CAS号：性质：在纸机压光的基础上进一步提高纸的平滑度和光泽度，同时增加紧度和改善厚度均匀性的过程为超级压光。设备由金属辊和纸粕辊相间垂直排列组成。辊数为5～12辊，个别纸种有多达15～20个辊筒。纸粕辊是由硫酸盐木浆、棉、毛、麻及石棉等纤维原料经高度压缩加工而成。操作时，由于辊数多、线压力大、纸粕辊变形对纸面产生摩擦从而进一步提高纸张的光泽度、平滑度和紧度。超级压光机车速快，多单台使用。一般还配有退纸架、卷纸机和专用升降操作台等附属装置。多用于书写纸、胶版印刷纸、涂布纸和电容器纸等的整饰加工。
