常山【通用名称】常山【其他名称】常山 常山 拼音名:Changshan 英文名:RADIX DICHROAE 书页号:2000年版一部-255 本品为虎耳草科植物常山Dichroa febrifuga Lour. 的干燥根。秋季采挖,除去须 根,洗净,晒干。 【性状】 本品呈圆柱形,常弯曲扭转,或有分枝,长9~15cm,直径0.5~2cm。 表面棕黄色,具细纵纹,外皮易剥落,剥落处露出淡黄色木部。质坚硬,不易折断,折 断时有粉尘飞扬;横切面黄白色,射线类白色,呈放射状。无臭,味苦。 【鉴别】 (1) 本品横切面:木栓细胞数列。皮层窄,少数细胞内含树脂块或草酸 钙针晶束。韧皮部较窄,草酸钙针晶束较多。形成层显不规则波状环。木质部占主要部 分,均木化,射线宽窄不一;导管多角形,单个散在或数个相聚,有的含黄色侵填体。 薄壁细胞含淀粉粒。 (2) 取本品粉末约2g,加70%乙醇10ml,加热回流15分钟,放冷,滤过,滤液蒸干, 残渣加 1%盐酸溶液2ml,搅拌,滤过。取滤液,加碘化铋钾试液 2滴,即生成棕红色沉 淀。 【炮制】 常山 除去杂质,分开大小,浸泡,润透,切薄片,晒干。 炒常山 取常山片,照清炒法(附录Ⅱ D)炒至色变深。 【性味与归经】 苦、辛,寒;有毒。归肺、肝、心经。 【功能与主治】 截疟,劫痰。用于疟疾。 【用法与用量】 5~9g 。 【注意】 有催吐副作用,用量不宜过大,孕妇慎用。 【贮藏】 置通风干燥处。
