高强度高模量聚乙烯纤维分子式:CAS号:性质:又称高强度高模量聚乙烯纤维。指分子量在100万~500万的聚乙烯所纺出的纤维。密度0.97~0.98g/cm3。强度2.8~4N/tex。模量91~140N/tex。延伸度3.5%~3.7%。冲击吸收能比对位芳酰胺纤维高近一倍,耐磨性好,摩擦系数小,但应力下熔点只有145~160℃。制法是用齐格勒催化剂制备树脂后,以十氢萘或石蜡油、灯油为溶剂进行凝胶纺丝,或以石蜡烃为熔剂进行“半熔纺”而得。用途有防弹背心和头盔、轻质装甲、船帆、缆绳、光缆补强体降落伞和滤材等。
