拒水整理 用化学拒水剂,在纤维上形成拒水表面的整理工艺过程,适用于雨衣材料。经过拒水处理的织物仍能保持其透气性。拒水整理剂大多是烷烃(一般是18个碳原子)长链的化合物或某些有机硅聚合物,常用的有下列几种。 ① 石蜡-铝皂:主要用于棉、麻织物,将石蜡、硬脂酸铝皂等配制成乳浊液,用以处理织物。烘干后,铝皂和石蜡即沉积于纤维上;也可以先用肥皂液浸渍织物,然后再经醋酸铝溶液处理,在纤维上生成铝皂沉淀。用石蜡-铝皂处理的织物,拒水效果良好。缺点是不耐水洗或干洗,也不耐摩擦,但价格低廉,工艺简单。在使用中,拒水性能降低后再次处理比较方便。用锆盐代替铝盐,对耐洗性能可有所改善。 ② 吡啶季铵盐:20世纪30年代出现的拒水整理剂,主要用于棉织物。它由硬脂酰胺、甲醛、吡啶等合成。应用时,先将拒水剂用水配成乳浊液浸轧织物,烘干后再在140℃左右焙烘。在焙烘过程中拒水剂分解,脱去吡啶而与纤维素的羟基或蛋白质纤维的氨基形成共价键结合,也会发生自身缩合,生成二聚体沉积在纤维上。为了中和反应过程中释出的氯化氢,在浸轧液中应加入醋酸钠等缓冲剂,可避免纤维损伤。焙烘时有恶臭的吡啶释出,应注意排气。焙烘后必须充分水洗,去除残留在织物上的吡啶、甲醛等物质,制品的拒水性能较为耐久。 ③ 羟甲基三聚氰胺衍生物:是耐洗的拒水整理剂。由多羟甲基三聚氰胺初缩体中的部分羟甲基,用高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪醇,经过酯化或醚化的产物,主要用于纤维素纤维织物。使用时,可与石蜡混合配制成乳浊液浸轧织物,烘干后经155~160℃焙烘3分钟左右,与纤维素反应生成共价键结合,也能发生自身缩合,使织物具有良好而且比较耐洗的拒水性能。 ④ 硬脂酸铬络合物:由硬脂酸和氯化铬制成,商品为绿色的溶液,主要用于深色织物的拒水整理。应用时,先配制成浸轧液。织物经浸轧后,在120℃左右烘干便可得到良好而且耐洗的拒水性能。这种拒水整理剂的水溶液呈强酸性,使用时须加入适当缓冲剂。 此外,有机硅是20世纪50年代发展起来的以线型含氢聚甲基硅氧烷为基础的耐洗拒水整理剂,反应性能比较活泼。应用时,将有机硅拒水整理剂和辛酸锌或钛的有机化合物等催化剂配制成乳浊液浸轧织物,烘干后在150℃焙烘数分钟,再行水洗。在焙烘过程中,含氢聚甲基硅氧烷在纤维上形成网状聚合物。甲基在纤维表面作垂直的密集定向排列,使织物具有良好而且较耐洗的拒水性能。这类拒水剂可用于各种纤维织物,并能增加织物的撕破强力,改善织物的手感和缝纫性能。 织物的拒水整理效果和织物的组织结构有关。大多采用喷淋法,按规定条件在织物上淋水,根据水滴在织物上的润湿或透过织物的情况来评定整理效果。对织物的拒水性能还可进行抗水压测定,在规定条件下根据使水透过织物所需水压的大小进行评定。
