防毡缩整理  毛织物在洗涤和服用中防止或减少收缩变形的整理工艺过程。羊毛具有鳞片,并且在湿的状态有较大的延伸和回弹性。毛织物经受洗涤搓挤,易发生毡状收缩,称为毡缩。经过防毡缩整理的织物可减少毡缩变形,还能减轻起球现象。    防毡缩整理有两种方法:一种是用化学方法局部侵蚀鳞片,改变羊毛的表面性质;另一种方法是在羊毛表面利用聚合物覆盖鳞片或在纤维交叉点粘接。1839年英国人J.默塞最早发现氯的水溶液能侵蚀羊毛鳞片,改善毛织物的印花性能。19世纪末这种方法已用于防毡缩处理。羊毛的氯化是在酸性条件下进行的,必须严格控制氯化作用,使之缓和而均匀,既要得到防毡缩的效果又减少纤维损伤。常用的氯化剂二氯异三聚氰酸钠,能随着氯化反应而逐渐释出有效氯。氯化时,将毛纺织物放入加有元明粉和醋酸的二氯异三聚氰酸钠稀溶液中,pH为4.5左右,温度30℃左右处理数十分钟,然后再用稀亚硫酸氢钠溶液脱氯,最后用水洗净。除氯化方法外,还可用过锰酸钾和朊分解酶等侵蚀鳞片进行防毡缩处理。常用加有元明粉的过锰酸钾稀溶液处理。化学侵蚀法可用于处理毛条、毛纱或织物。用侵蚀鳞片法进行防毡缩整理须注意毛纤维的损伤程度。损伤程度可用显微镜观察鳞片的侵蚀情况或用染色法判定。损伤较多的羊毛用某些染料染色,得色较浓。    20世纪40年代以后人们开始试用在纤维上形成聚合物的防毡缩方法。随后出现了用单体在纤维表面进行界面接枝聚合,或用聚合物在纤维上进一步反应,在毛纤维上生成柔软的薄膜,从而阻止毛织物毡缩的方法,耐洗性良好,但手感仍不理想。    防毡缩整理的效果,一般是将毛织物按规定方法在洗涤机中洗涤,根据洗涤前后织物的面积来衡量。
