甘草素-4′-β-葡萄糖苷分子式:CAS号:性质:又称甘草黄苷,甘草黄酮,甘草根亭,甘草素-4′-β-葡萄糖苷。其一水合物为无色针状结晶(稀乙醇或水),熔点212~213℃。天然存在于豆科植物光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra L.)的根,甘草(G. uralensis Fish. )的根中。本品可抑制消化性溃疡。对大鼠腹水肝癌及小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞能产生形态学上的变化。本品还可作为抗炎、杀菌剂。对突变链球菌和葡萄糖转移酶有抑制作用。能预防牙斑的形成。是醛糖还原酶抑制剂,对糖尿病性神经病有一定疗效。具有抗贫血、止痛、抗惊厥及抑制cAMP磷酸二酯酶的活性。具有单胺和黄嘌呤氧化酸的抑制活性。可清除游离基。含有本品的化妆品可使皮肤有光泽。含有本品和曲酸的化妆品具有去除黑色素的作用。
