肝婴儿血管内皮细胞瘤肝婴儿血管内皮细胞瘤hepatic infantile hemangioendothelioma  类似毛细血管瘤的肝血管畸形疾病。有一定时期的自限病程,分增生、成熟、退化等几个阶段,如无危及生命的并发症,病变则最终消失。本病多在6个月内的婴儿得以确诊,女性多于男性;偶有成年病例的报道。常以肝大和/或腹部包块为主要临床表现,多同时伴有皮肤毛细血管瘤;部分患者因有动静脉瘘而出现充血性心力衰竭。有症状者约2/3会死于该病,死因有充血性心力衰竭、肝功能衰竭或肿瘤破裂出血。单发性者有手术切除机会;多发性则常不能手术切除,可选择肝动脉结扎或栓塞、放疗和皮质激素治疗等。个别可伴发血管肉瘤。
