单细胞克隆技术分子式:CAS号:性质:平板培养是为了分离和获得单细胞无性系并对不同的无性系进行研究,揭示它们在生理、生化和遗传上的差异而设计的一种单细胞培养技术,也称单细胞克隆技术。由于它具有筛选效率高、筛选量大、操作简单便等优点,因而被广泛地用于遗传变异、细胞分裂分化、细胞次生代谢物合成等项研究。这项技术是1960年Bergmann首创的,操作时将单细胞悬浮液与30~35℃呈融化状态的琼脂均匀混合,然后注入培养皿中成一薄层,琼脂冷却固化后,均匀分布的细胞就在其中成长,由于薄薄的一层固化琼脂呈平板状,故称它为平板培养。
