多巴胺分子式:C8H11NO2分子量:153.18CAS号:51-61-6性质:多巴胺游离基在棱状结晶。对氧极敏感,遇氧很快自动氧化变色。实际使用多巴胺盐酸盐,Dopamine hydrochloride,C8H11NO2·HCl,[62-31-7]。盐酸盐为白色或类白色有光泽的结晶,熔点240-241℃(分解)。易溶于水,溶于无水乙醇,微溶于氯仿、乙醚。在空气中及遇光色渐变深。无臭,味微苦。制备方法:由香兰醛与硝基甲烷缩合得到3-甲氧基-4-羟基-β-硝基苯乙烯,再用锌粉还原为3-甲氧基-4-羟基-β-苯乙胺盐酸盐,然后水解而得多巴胺盐酸盐。另一种方法是由胡椒乙胺开环而得。用途:该品为抗休克药物。
