感觉剥夺感觉剥夺sensory deprivation 感觉剥夺(sens。ry depflvation)用实验方法制造精神病模型的一种手段。多年来人们就知道,与外界完全隔绝的人可能会产生一时性的精神病状态,在探险家、飘落孤岛上的水手和单人牢房的犯人中,不乏这样的例子。1954年加拿大的黑伯(Hebb)等开始对志愿者进行感觉剥夺的实验研究发现在遮断视、听、触觉达7日后,受试者的暗示性增高。有些人焦虑、紧张、注意涣散、无法集中思考,产生躯体错觉,躯体主诉繁多,甚至出现生动的幻视和妄想。从此,激起了心理学家的广泛兴趣,在世界各国设计出多种方法,对人及动物进行感觉剥夺研究。例如将受试者裸体放入水箱内,水温与体温一致,通过面罩呼吸,完全隔绝声光刺激,最大限度地剥夺了感觉,可使精神改变发生得更一早更明显。受试者可出现幻觉、惊恐和偏执状态,有时类似精神分裂症。感觉剥夺产生精神异常的机制尚不明了。可能是感觉被剥夺后使神经系统的感觉输入调节系统失调,储存的信一号不相宜地出现,而造成认识功能异常 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
