丛状神经纤维瘤丛状神经纤维瘤plexiform neurofibroma  此瘤主要由神经轴柱组成,多见于面部、颈后、上睑等处,肿瘤可沿神经及其分支向各方面发展,累及范围广,并可沿脊神经进入脊髓。如肿瘤在皮下则沿神经干可以摸到大小不等的肿块,直径一般1~2cm,往往由多数肿瘤连贯如串球。但亦可仅见1~2个肿物,常沿三叉神经及较高的颈神经分布。病变部皮肤可增厚,并有色素沉着、粗糙而称之为“神经瘤”,状似象皮病,如发于面部称之为“巨面征”,一般无自觉不适,但有时由于神经被压迫,可有疼痛或感觉异常。治疗手术切除,如发生于颅内或椎管内则预后凶险。镭及X线疗法一般无效。〔丶〕
