DDS蒸发热力系统
丹麦DDS公司所属糖厂能源消耗居世界最低水平,其节能经验概括起来是:采用五效蒸发和先进的热力系统;充分利用通常未利用的低温热源;采用热能压缩技术;尽可能抽用后效汁汽;千方百计节约生产工艺过程用汽等。我国甜菜糖厂大多采用三效压力蒸发带浓缩罐,或四效真空蒸发;DDS公司所属五家糖厂中,除附有精练糖加工的萨克斯科宾糖厂外,其余四家糖厂全都采用五效蒸发(见附图);其优点不仅蒸汽利用系数高,而且为抽用更后效的汁汽创造了条件。DDS糖厂五效蒸发的温度条件见附表:五效蒸发温度条件蒸发罐效数一效二效三效四效五效糖汁温度℃13012411610285加热汽鼓温度℃136129.3122.8113.398.3采用这种温度条件的意图是,将三效、四效糖汁温度分别保持在116℃和102℃(有些厂保持在104℃),从而为充分利用三、四效汁汽煮糖创造条件。采用五效蒸发后,一效糖汁温度必须提高;为了减少蒸发时糖汁色值增加,DDS糖厂选定了130℃;实践说明、采用这一温度,蒸发过程色值增加不多,属可以接受的范围(但要求蒸发的汁热稳定性高)。据DDS公司介绍,将第五效浓糖汁(糖浆)的温度设定为85℃,而不采用更低的温度,是为了有利于煮糖;此外,还因DDS糖厂可以利用五效汁汽先进行一次加热,然后才去冷凝器,所以虽然将五效糖汁温度定为85℃,也不会造成过多的热量损失。
