室旁核室旁核paraventricular nucleus 下丘脑的一个核团(神经胞体的集群)。室旁核紧贴第三脑室,上达下丘脑沟,位于视上核的背、尾侧。室旁核及视上核神经元的轴突组成视上垂体束,止于垂体后叶。此束为运送催产素和抗利尿素的通路。视上核与室旁核均可产生催产素和加压素(抗利尿激素),但室旁核以分泌催产素为主。
